Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

When your company does flood restoration, how long does a flood cleanup usually take?
Of course, that depends on the extent of the flood and the damage done, but the average flood damage repair takes 15 days - some take longer and some take less time.

How soon can you arrive and start a flood cleanup?
When a water disaster strikes your home or business, our expert Emergency Response Team will jump into action immediately to solve your problem.

How much will a flood clean up cost?
You will be billed for the deductible by the company handling your flood cleanup. The actual cause of the loss is not covered by the insurance company; for example, a water pipe that breaks won't be covered and you'll have to pay for the material and labor to fix that. (Note: you could be held responsible for a portion of the flood damage restoration bill that the insurance company won't, pay but to date we have never seen this happen).

What do I need to do to start a flood damage repair claim with my insurance company?
In an emergency contact us and we'll help you through the entire process. You can also contact your agent to start a claim; if you do it's best if you have information on the cause of the damage —we can identify the cause of loss for you.

Will my power bill go up because of your drying equipment?
That depends on how much equipment we need to use, but we can determine approximately how much that would be and let you know.

Will my insurance cover the temporary increase in my power bill?
Insurance companies typically don't cover that.
